Notes:
All plywood to be best quality gaboon marine plywood.
All  timber to be best quality douglas fir, sitka or similar (unless noted otherwise)
Glue to be epoxy throughout with collodial silica and microfibre additives as required.
Duomat has varoius other names, e.g. Rovimat,Fabmat etc. and is a combination material of a layer of woven roving bonded to a layer of CSM. The stitched types are usually best.

Note: all plywood to be marine grade, best quality. If using lesser grade ply, then hull skins should be 9mm,decks 7mm, minimum. Use lightweight plywood , e.g. gaboon.

GLUE: Major strength joints and underwater joints to be epoxy glue (60kg approx)
Deck and Interior joints can be polyurethene glue (10kg  approx)
Hulls to be sheathed in 200g glass cloth
50m2 sheathing material required  ( Deck sheathing optional, extra 35m2 material required)Details of working conditions, method, fillet construction etc. are obtainable from glue manufacturers, as different types require different techniques.

Fastenings to be gripfast nails and/or st steel screws.
Use 1" x  no 8 screws in 9mm ply (500 approx)
3/4" x  no 6  screws in 6, 7mm ply (500 approx )
1/2" x   no 6  screws in buttblocks ( 200 approx)
3/4" nails or stainless screws (hullskins) approx 5000.
Fastening should be at approx. 100mm spacings,
Deckfittings should be fitted with stainless steel self tappers/bolts.
