show a round bilge foam sandwich Rhea.
Airex foam is used on the bottom
below the knuckle as it can be bent cold to form the shape. It is then glassed
inside and out.

later, to support the flat panel top sides

Now the hull
is the right way up and bulkheads are being fitted.
The Rhea and our other
bridgedeck designs are built one hull at a time
to simplify turning over and
save on shed space.
